Google: Real Time Web 2.0 Search?

Wow! Now HERE is something for Business Owners to be excited (and worried!) about with regards to the impact that Social Media can have on your business…. How about Google using the latest “Tweets” from Twitter.com and other Social Media sites that users have sent about what’s happening right now? How about a customer of yours just leaving your restaurant and had such a great experience and loved the atmosphere that they send a “Tweet” out from their cellphone right then and there and it gets picked up on the front page of Google? Or a worse scenario would be what if they had a horrible experience and post a negative review about your service or business?

This is another reason why it is important to you and your business to be involved Online and part of the Social Media community and to keep your business and brand to the forefront of your clients and customers minds! Personal reviews and word-of-mouth advertising is the the best kind of advertising from peer-to-peer.
